Yes! We currently offer free delivery service within a limit of 100 miles from our Boca Raton, FL location.

DO YOU DELIVER OUTSIDE THE SOUTH FLORIDA AREA?

Yes we do, we can deliver your car anywhere in the continental USA. Please call us for more information.

DOES PRIME MOTORS CHARGE A FEE FOR YOUR SERVICES?

No, there is no additional fee to use our services. Our fee is already included in our low prices.

CAN YOU HELP ME GET OUT OF MY LEASE?

HOW CAN YOU POSSIBLY OFFER THESE LEASES FOR SO CHEAP?

Great Question! Since the inception of Prime Motors in 2008, we have grown to do a large volume of sales. By using our large volume of sales as leverage to get special wholesale pricing on vehicles, we can simply pass those major savings to you.

ARE ALL CARS ADVERTISED NEW? DO YOU SELL OR LEASE USED VEHICLES?

At this time, we only sell and lease new vehicles. Any car you can lease or purchase through Prime Motors (a.k.a. all cars we advertise) will come to you brand new.

WHERE CAN I SERVICE MY CAR?

Your car can be serviced at any local authorized service center from the manufacturer. Need a recommendation? Give us a call!

WHO TO MAKE CHECK TO EVERY MONTH?

Monthly lease payments are made to the bank that is financing the lease. In many cases, different car manufacturerswill offer their own financial services, so thenyour monthly payment will be made to them.

WHAT DOES "LOYALTY" MEAN?

In some cases car manufacturers give incentives for their existing customer to keep purchasing from them. If you see that an advertised price requires “loyalty,” this means that you should currently be a customer of that respective car manufacturer in order to qualify for that incentive and price.

WHO DO I CALL IF THERE'S A PROBLEM WITH THE CAR?

Each car we sell or lease comes with a standard manufacturer’s warranty. Are you within the limitations of the warranty?Go ahead and contact your local authorized service center. Outside the limitations of your warrant? Please contact us for a referral to a certified mechanic or body shop.

WHAT DOES MY CREDIT HAVE TO BE TO GET A LEASE?

Though there is no specific guideline for credit approval, typically you should have a credit score over 600. Bankruptcies, tax liens, late payments, missed payments and child support are some of the things that might keep you from approval.

WHAT DOES "$0 DOWN" MEAN?

“$0 Down” signifies that there is a $0 capital cost reduction. This does not necessarily mean that there will be $0 due at signing.

WHAT IS A BANK FEE?

A bank fee is charged by the respective bank offering the lease. Though we are unable to waive this fee, it can be capped into your monthly payments.

WHAT IS A "ONE PAY LEASE"?

A “One Pay Lease” is when a manufacturer offers a special rate where in order to qualify for that rate you must pre-pay the entire lease upfront.

CAN YOU RECOMMEND AN AUTO INSURANCE COMPANY?

CAN YOU RECOMMEND A GREAT BODY SHOP?

WHAT IF I DON'T LIKE MY CAR… AM I ABLE TO RETURN IT?

No. Once paperwork is signed and the car is delivered, there is no way to return the vehicle.

CAN I INCLUDE ALL FEES IN MY MONTHLY PAYMENT?

Yes, we do offer “Sign & Drive” deals. Though this will increase your monthly payments, you will not have to pay any money up front.

IS MY INFORMATION SECURE?

Prime Motors has been in business since 2008. Since inception we have established a respectable reputation and we plan to keep it. All of your information is stored on a secure server that is protected with the latest technologies and firewalls.

ARE ALL FEES FROM ALL DEALERS THE SAME?
